Kristen Mella

Kristen Mella handles transactional matters, including real estate, financing, and business sales/acquisitions. Ms. Mella also advises clients on general corporate matters. Prior to Joining Ellison Lazenby, Ms. Mella worked in the mergers and acquisitions sector, where she counseled corporate clients undergoing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

She is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.

Ms. Mella is a New York native. She relocated to Florida to attend the University of Miami, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and History. After earning her Bachelor’s degree, Ms. Mella obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Mella is passionate about animals and spends her free time volunteering and fostering animals residing at the Hillsborough County animal shelter.
