Jason M. Ellison is a business and real estate litigation attorney. Mr. Ellison advises clients in business and real estate matters, including contract litigation, mortgage foreclosure, lender liability, foreign judgment domestication, deficiency judgments, judgment collection, covenants not to compete, and creditor’s rights in Bankruptcy. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
 
Professional accomplishments and involvement include Mr. Ellison’s appointment to The Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy in 2014 and selection as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2015 – 2017). Mr. Ellison is proud to serve on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section where he also serves as co vice-chair of the Real Property Problems Study Committee. Locally, Mr. Ellison is active in the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
 
Raised on Florida’s Space Coast, Jason is truly a Florida native. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Stetson University in Deland, Florida in political science. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, Jason earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University, College of Law, where he was a member of Stetson’s Trial Team while Stetson was the #1 Trial Advocacy Law School in the nation, as ranked by US News and World Report. Jason also serves on the Board of Directors for A Door of Hope, a local non-profit foster care licensing agency.
